Our children are 5 and 2 and very extroverted/excited to meet new people. The love to play and are pretty capable to do most things on their own. Our 5-year-old is very bright and pretty self sufficient and our 2-year-old is able to speak fairly clearly on what he's thinking/wants. We are mostly looking for regular opportunities to go out to dinner and have someone that can watch them for dinner and take them through their nighttime routine.
