Backup Caregiver For Toddler (building Our Own Village!)

We are looking for a regular backup caregiver for our 19-month-old, J. We both work full time (Matthew goes in but Phoebe works full time from home) so J. is usually in daycare. But on days the school is closed for weather or staff shortages we are looking for someone who can support. Also, Phoebe travels for work 5-6 times a year and we are looking for support in that time (either with daycare pickup or drop off or staying home with him during the day.) Ideally, we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who could be available as needed during business hours most of the time we are in need. This will reduce the number of times one of us has to use PTO to stay home with him. If interested, this could lead to a full-time nanny position. We have a 5-year-old lab mix who is very relaxed. He naps most of the day.
