Mothers Helper For Newborn And 20 Month Old

I am looking for a helper to assist in caring for my newborn and toddler. We would be working side by side caring for both children together. My newborn (6 weeks) has GERD and BRUE which requires more time and attention. My ideal helper would be familiar with these issues. My toddler is an energetic little man who loves all things outdoors, climbing, running, etc. Fulfilling his curious and energetic nature obviously requires time and attention as well. My ideal helper would also be familiar with toddler-age care. Requirements - non smoker - CPR certified including newborn/baby - previous experience with newborns and toddlers - patience and communication Not required but preferred - medical background of some sort - familiar with GERD and BRUE - comfortable with dogs
