Our son is 4 years old and is non-verbal autistic. Because of this my wife is forced to be his full time caregiver and I am the one who works. She really needs help as we have no family or assistance. We really only would like someone Tuesdays/Fridays, with potential to add more days, and someone we could call in case of Emergency. Pay is of no concern, the best help for our child and building a relationship with him is more important to us.
