Going Back To School And Need Help

I'm going back to college in the fall! I will need someone who will be able to change and increase their hours every semester for 2 years until I graduate. We will only need Thursdays for a few hours and Saturdays (hours negotiable) to start, but hours will eventually increase to a full 40 hours by fall of 2026/spring of 2027. I will be able to give the new days/hours months before it actually changes. I have a 7 and 3-year-old who will need to be picked up from school, taken to extra curricular activities, fed, be played with, put to bed, and to be helped with homework on occasion. I will also need help with laundry, dishes and putting away toys during a shift. I am looking for a sitter who is kind, loving, patient and timely who also loves crafting and playing dolls with my kids. Being on a cell phone (more than just checking the time or putting on music), inviting friends over, or sitting my kids in front of a tv while on shift is a no go for our family. You must also be a non-smoker, love dogs, have a clean driving record and a dependable vehicle. If you think you'd be a good fit for our family, please let me know. Thank you!
