Seeking Nanny For Our 3-year-old

We are seeking a nanny for our 3-year-old daughter, ideally starting this April. Regular days and hours would be Tuesdays-Fridays, roughly 9:30-5:30, with some flexibility in the hours and the potential to add days to the schedule occasionally if desired. A great fit for this position would be someone with experience working with very shy toddlers. Our daughter responds well to people who can both meet her where she is and also engage her in activities that help her play, learn, be silly, and grow. She can be very shy at first but will open up once she feels comfortable and engaged. Applicant must be willing to go on payroll and be comfortable being around a very sweet dog.
