My son is very particular and specific. He has a bright personality, very caring and silly. But does need help with enforcing manners! Must be okay with dogs/cats! Light housework here and there, mostly just cleaning up after said child. Pay really depends on times and length of care. Will also pay extra for other household cleaning as in dishes, laundry folding, sweeping/mopping, etc.
