Nanny Needed For 1 Child

I am looking for some help with my sweet 2-year-old starting the beginning of January - I am home with her, but as I am due in January, I am just starting to hit my limits on the bend and snap and my energy level tanks a bit in the afternoons. Ideally I am looking for help Tuesday - Thursday from 2-5 p.m. however it is likely these hours increase once the newborn arrives. Id like this person to get my daughter outside for some fresh air while the sun is still out, and find fun ways to teach her and challenge her with various activities inside the house with us. Of course any and all help around the house is incredibly appreciated but first and foremost I want this person to have 115% focus on my daughter.
