We are first time working parents who will be headed back into our offices following parental leave. At this time there are not specific care elements beyond the usual. We are combo feeding breast milk and formula. The ideal caregiver will be open to following the plans and structure we're trying to put in place with our child. At only a few weeks old, we don't have a typical day yet but are trying to build routine and look forward to learning more about our daughter as we learn about her!
