Recurring Babysitter Needed For 2 Year Old

We are looking for a babysitter that is available on some weekends and possibly some weekdays here and there as well! We have a (almost) 2-year-old toddler and searching for a reliable babysitter for date nights and/or if we need to run errands. Some nights would be to watch him when he's already in bed sleeping, other days/nights would be to watch him while we are out in between nap time. We would like the same person as a long term babysitter rather than having multiple babysitters for different weekends. The schedule would vary and not have any set days/hours. This would be great for someone with a flexible schedule looking for extra weekend hours!!
