Nanny Or A Babysitter For A 5 Month Old

We currently have a 5-month-old boy. My husband and I are moving back to New England from South Carolina. My husband is finalizing his job while I own an Interior Design company. We are in the process of looking for daily help to accommodate both of our work schedules. We love to do things as a family, including walks with our lab and being outside as much as possible. Currently he loves to roll over and play with his books, he enjoys walks, laughing at funny faces, and music. We hope that our nanny or babysitter has kindness, patience, and dedication. We do have parking! We will be staying at my parents house in their guest house, we have a lab and a cat and so do they. All the animals get along great and we consider them part of our family
