Dorado family needs a part-time nanny. We have a really bright almost 4-year-old. We practice Montessori at home and are screen free. She likes to "do." Whether it's sweeping, mopping, dishes, singing, dancing, reading, art or playing pretend, she is very engaged. Our ideal match has a lot of energy and creativity. Some housekeeping is required (our daughter will help). We have a very sweet dog and cat.
