Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter. I'd like this person to start the beginning of April 25 when I will be returning to work after having our 3rd child. My two oldest won't need much, your main priority would be my newborn but also it be nice to have someone who can load the dishwasher or empty it, vacuum the downstairs, give my older kids a snack or help them wrap up a school assignment. -My kids are home schooled. My husband is in construction so on occasion you might be later then 5:30 so need that flexibility.
