About the job
Our ideal nanny is intelligent, formally educated in child development, active, and loves to be outdoors. They will generate a curriculum with thought to developmental milestones, and will have significant experience as a nanny caring for children of diverse ages. Our nanny will keep busy during naptime and fulfill light housekeeping duties, do the family's laundry, etc. They will plan to stay with our family long term and will bring excellent communication and organizational skills to the role. They will be reliable, flexible, trustworthy, responsible, and have all safety certifications and clearances. Required vaccines include Tdap, the annual flu shot, the Covid-19 vaccine and all boosters, and the RSV vaccine (if eligible). We are not open to: any other children coming along, care being provided outside our home, and going on outings.
