Nanny For A Very Energetic 3 1/2 Year Old Boy.

Hi- I'm looking for someone who has experience with children On the Spectrum and that are Non-Verbal/also with Sensory Processing and Learning disorder. I have a wonderful 3 1/2-year-old that I am raising- and His disabilities limit me being able to go out of the home for my appointments- and to get things we need , and just to have some " Me time". He's a very energetic and loving boy-He can communicate a few words and is very intelligent with visual learning- He can communicate most of his needs/ wants visually. Also- My goal is to find someone who may be able to assist me with helping him become more comfortable with getting dressed( he doesn't like wearing clothing- and going outside much more. I am looking to hire someone on a regular basis if all goes well. It's very important that my child feels safe-and loved and accepted for who he is. I want him to become more interested in the " Outside World " I am teaching him to be a loving and caring and respectable little boy. Family is everything to me. Interests he loves right now are lots of " hands on" activities- Playdoh-Building blocks- puzzles-plating catch-Interactive playing-looking at books/ pictures/ He is very intelligent with I-phone and tablets- He loves music with repeat beats. He is very affectionate and loves being praised. He has a smile that melts my heart. My child needs help with redirection/ Learning to wear clothing more/ Lots of emotional support/ Learning safety with " Stranger Danger", Becoming more comfortable going outside of the home- safety for when he is outside as well- Being gentle towards others-( he does not have regular interaction with other children) so he tends to be overly excited and gets a little aggressive with his playing- So socialization we are working on as well. I'm looking for someone who has some experience with Autistic and Non-Verbal children- someone who is very patient and supportive and understanding to his needs. Our home has parking in the back of the house. We live on a Main Street so when we are outside- I keep my child in the backyard area only. We do not have any pets at this time- but my child is comfortable around cats and dogs-
