Baby due on July! Hoping to onboard someone so our 1 & 2-year-old are comfortable and familiar with in-home sitters before the baby's arrival. (1 girl, 2 boys). -stay at home mom, seeking extra set of hands -be a good decent trustworthy fun human -newborn & toddler experience -be someone patient, fun, and proactive - who can handle energetic kids with a smile -light housekeeping, keeping the toddlers fed/ happy, help running the household, some meal prep (particularly post partum) - we are a *mostly* gluten/dairy/nut free home, not required but food allergy experience / awareness / understanding is a plus -comfortable being an extension of our parenting style (calm, positive discipline, incentive based, skill building, no yelling) -occasional date night availability -long-term interest
