Baby due early July! Hoping to onboard someone so our 1(m) & 2(f)-year-old are comfortable and familiar with in-home sitters before the baby boys arrival. -stay at home mom- looking for extra set of hands -be a decent trustworthy fun human -newborn & toddler experience -be someone patient, fun, and proactive - who can handle energetic kids with a smile -light housekeeping, keeping the toddlers fed/ happy, help running the household, some meal prep (particularly post-partum) - we are a *mostly* gluten/dairy/nut free home, not required but food allergy experience / awareness / understanding is a plus -comfortable being an extension of our parenting style (calm, positive discipline, incentive based, skill building, no yelling) -occasional date night availability -long-term interest
