The position requires 1 year of full-time nanny experience! A dynamic family in West Chester is seeking an exceptional Household Manager/Nanny to provide compassionate care for their newborn and manage household operations. There are two older children who are in school full-time, but there may be times when all 3 children are around. The position will transition to Villanova in February/March, with flexibility in the start date to either begin immediately or coincide with the family's relocation. Driving Needed/Car Use/Reimbursement: Family vehicle provided when driving is needed Need to Start Nanny By: ASAP or February/March 2025 Hours and Days per Week: Monday- Friday from 10:00/11:00 am-6:00/7:00 p.m. Compensation: $28-35 per hour gross, 2 work weeks paid vacation, 5 personal sick days, and 6 major holidays Flu shot, Tdap, COVID vaccine, and booster required.
