My daughter is 16 months old and she is just a joy! We are looking for someone to watch her while my husband and I are at work (we are elementary school teachers). My daughter loves to play toys and is extremely social and loving. We also have a German Shepherd, so our ideal caregiver would need to be comfortable with a dog.
