About the job
My work schedule is unpredictable so we would be basing everything off of my wife's schedule. We are primarily looking for someone to help with our youngest daughter and then the twins when they arrive. She was born in November of last year, requires no special care, she tends to get up around 0530/0600 and goes to bed at 1900, she naps easily throughout the day. It'd be ideal if someone was available to help even on some of my wife's off days from work. She works 7 a.m. to 7pm, 3 days a week currently so we'd need someone here by 6 a.m. and would be relieved by her at 8 p.m. unless I'd be home before then.
