Wayne family needs a full-time babysitter. Must love kids! Our ideal match will meet the requirements below. Proactive, hard-working and flexible. Ability to act as second parent. I am a single mom and work full time. There may be times I need you for an overnight for work travel. The kids are in school 8:30-4:30. Ideally you can help in the mornings (7am) and evenings (4-7) with flexibility for one longer midweek night a week. There will also be weekend hours likely every other weekend, potentially during the day or evening. I can have a set, hard, schedule for this person, or can be more flexible. Personality should be caring but firm. My kids need to feel loved, but they should also respect you as their nanny, not their friend. I consider myself to be kind, flexible, and open. I'm really looking for a long term and wonderful nanny!
