Looking for PT nanny for 3yo girl. Duties: school pickup, light housekeeping, meal prep, kids laundry, keep play area/nursery tidy, coming up with fun education activities/crafts, driving to extracurricular activities. I am firm on limited phone usage while you are on the clock unless it's an emergency or related to childcare. We are also strict on limited screen time. Looking for someone who is pleasant, organized, even-keeled, patient, kind but also firm and can help reiterate boundaries set by parents. Our daughter is high energy, so our nanny should be able to keep up with her. Her interests: music, ballet/dancing, books, singing, playing pretend, dressing up, play dough, arts/crafts, building castles with magnatiles, playing tag. Our perfect nanny will know how to distract and redirect attention during emotional times.
