Hi! We are looking for a nanny/sitter for our 2 children, ages 1 and 3. I work Monday - Friday some days at home and some days at the office. My husband has a DuPont schedule, (if you are unfamiliar with that: DuPont schedule is a 28-day, 4-team rotating shift pattern designed for 24/7 operations, featuring 12-hour shifts and extended rest periods). The days and times we need a nanny will vary weekly according to both our schedules, but we use an app with a calendar so you are able to see the schedule of when you would be scheduled to work up to a year in advance. My husband does pick up overtime shifts, so this schedule/days could increase.. we can talk more about this in detail if you are interested. We look forward to speaking with you!
