Babysitter Needed

I'm in need of a babysitter with a flexible schedule. My husband works a swing shift schedule, so the days and times will vary weekly. I work Monday- Friday, same days and times everyday. I am on a hybrid schedule -3 days at the office and 2 days at home. So, hours from week to week will vary depending on my husband's schedule. An We do have 2 small dogs so our babysitter would have to be comfortable with that as well! Our baby girl is 2! She loves to play outside, picking up new words everyday and is a joy to be around. and a baby brother that is 1. We're looking for someone to keep them engaged, play , and teach them new things. They also have 3 older teenage sisters.
