Backup Babysitter Needed

Hi! We're looking for a backup sitter. I do currently have a full time sitter. But looking for someone to cover the days she is sick, needs some time off, etc. We have 2 children. Ages 1 & 2 (soon to be 3). I'm looking for someone to come to my home to watch my kids! We are currently working on potty training so someone with experience in that department would be awesome! I do work some days remotely from home and some in office days throughout the week. My husband has a weird shift schedule and honestly the needs of a babysitter would probably be very last minute 98% of the time, so someone who is flexible with that would be awesome! Could be anywhere from 4 to 10 hour days from 0 to 5 days per week.. Please reach out if this is something that could work for you! Thanks!
