Nanny Needed For Newborn 1 Mo Old

We are looking for a great nanny for our newborn, currently 1-month-old. Start time is flexible. Will be returning back to work in March, will need someone on Thursdays and Fridays (non-negotiable) and eventually a third day during the week around April/May. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, dishes/laundry. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Experience with newborns is a must.
