Nanny Needed For Infant In Volant

We are looking for a full time (or nearly FT) nanny for our sweet 6-month-old baby girl for all of this year. My husband and I work from home, but working and watching her is a challenge. Ideally, we'd love someone who is comfortable with an infant and who can take on her care independently from our day-to-day oversight. Additionally, we have a 2 y/o son who is watched full time by his grandmother (whom we live with). She is wonderful with toddlers, and we think she'll be able to take on L's care around 18 months, which is why we're seeking help from a nanny just this year. Note - we do have a babysitter who comes once per week on Wednesdays. She may be phasing out by September.
