Full-Time Nanny And Family Assistant

We are a warm, easygoing family of five who value kindness, patience and open communication. We have 3 beautiful girls ages 5 months, 3 years and 5 years. We're looking for a dedicated and loving full-time nanny to care primarily for our 5-month-old. Our ideal candidate is someone who will become an extension of our family and who will care for our children as their own. Primarily Responsibilities: 1. Providing attentive and loving care to our 5-month-old. 2. Engaging in age-appropriate activities that support growth and development. 3. Maintaining a safe and clean environment. 4. Light household tasks during nap times. 5. Occasionally helping with the older children when they are home from school. Qualifications: 1. Prior Experience with infants and toddlers. 2. Dependable, caring, detail-oriented, proactive, organized, patient, and adaptable. 3. Must have strong safety awareness and understanding of child development. 4. Ability to encourage healthy habits and foster a loving and engaging atmosphere. 5. Comfortable maintaining structure and routine while being flexible to the needs of a growing baby.
