About the job
We're two fun-loving and laid back professionals who are excited to welcome our second child. We enjoy cooking, traveling, going to the beach, and Philadelphia sports. Our 2nd child is 3. 5 and is in daycare fulltime. Care is not needed for her. Responsibilities: always be attentive to the baby's needs and ensure her health, well-being, and safety are top priority. Change diapers, put down for naps, dress her appropriately for weather, etc. Will ask to perform some housework related to childcare only (washing/folding baby clothes, cleaning up after meals, washing bottles, tidying play areas). Create a stimulating and nurturing environment for the baby including daily reading, music, walks, floor play, and lots of talking to encourage language development. Limit screen time to 1-2 hrs/day. Positive energy/environment for little one.
