Babysitter Needed For 2 Children

I have 2 boys, a 3-year-old and 1-year-old. We would need help a couple days a week for the days I work. I work a rotating schedule so it will be different each week, but I get my schedule a month in advance. My mother (their grandma) will be home to help with the kids. It's really to help her out so she isn't alone with 2 kids all day. My husband and I both work and it would be just for some extra help like doing crafts, playing, going on walks, playing outside etc. staying home with one child if the other has an appt or speech etc. We do currently have a babysitter helping us but I'm looking for someone who is flexible and can help out on the days she can't. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
