Wanted: 2-day/week Housekeeper + Nanny For 2 Awesome Kids

Hi! My family is looking for help with child care and housekeeping on Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The situation: My husband is a minimalistic, neat-freak, I'm the opposite, and we live with a 6 and 3-year-old. We are looking for someone to help us achieve a happy medium in the cleaning / organization* of our house from 3 p.m. to 4:30pm, and then pick up kids (nearby aftercare and preschool!), feed them dinner and play until 7 p.m. B is 6-years old and in kindergarten. He is super inquisitive and soaks up information like a sponge. If you like sharks, legos, and/or ninjas - you'll be golden with him. B is 3. 5 and wants to be just like his big brother.
