Nanny Needed For One Child (sometimes Two) In Stroudsburg

Hi there! We're looking for a caregiver to help with our 3 and 1. 5-year-olds in Stroudsburg. We've raised our children with a Montessori approach, and we'd love to work with someone who is comfortable with ideas like 'following the child' and 'freedom within limits'. My husband and I work from home, so we're around and largely need support with the kids during meetings and chunks of focus time. While you'd always be responsible for the 1. 5-year-old, you'd only sometimes be responsible for the 3-year-old who may be in school during part of this time. We believe in "no bad weather, only bad clothing" and would like an emphasis on time outside as much as possible. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping during nap time (laundry, wiping down the kitchen, etc.). Non-smoker please. We have two friendly dogs.
