L wakes up usually around 7 eats breakfast Tv time for 1 hour after breakfast then he's good doing his own thing playing with toys puzzles, interaction with him is very good especially since he's shy around new people. Nap around 12 milk before, usually last 2 hours then snack after. My wife takes over after sleeping around 3 p.m. So 7:30- 3 p.m. a couple days a week would be needed
