My second born, B, is just over 4 months old and in need of care. We started at a daycare and she's doing great, but I would love to have her home instead. She loves playing and smiling and all kinds of music. We are working on independent sleep since she primarily contact naps during daylight hours. Ideally, I would love to be able to nurse her during my workday, but has a caregiver present to handle her sleeping and diaper changes during the workday.
