Part-time Caretaker Needed For (1) Two-year-old

I'm seeking someone who is willing to accept a lower pay rate for 2-3 days per week babysitting. Pay preference is $12/hour, but I'm flexible and open for discussion. My child is currently 22 months old and very independent for her age - but not parentified and loves the company of others! The job entails providing safety, security, nutrition, and physical/mental/emotional engagement for my little one. She loves books, drawing/coloring, tea time, building blocks, and STEM learning. We limit screen time to 60-minutes per day. Please note that I have one Bombay cat. She has anxiety and can be a little *spicy* at times, so just maintain distance until she grows accustomed to you. She is never aggressive without provocation/reason. Please also note that we lived in a shared home with family. A meet-and-greet would be established upon hire.
