My son is about to be 3 months old. Unfortunately I must go back to work, but I'm rather uncomfortable sending him to a daycare so soon. Although Id only need help on Thursday mornings/afternoons as of now, I may need help during other days/when something comes up. I would like to find someone who is consistently reliable to give him the same quality time and attention that I would provide while also respecting my wishes as a parent.
