As Needed Babysitter For 2 Girls

Hi, we are looking for a reoccurring babysitter! Our current sitter is having a baby of her own so we are hoping to find someone else to provide care. We have 2 kids (3 & 12); typically just 3-year-old home and needing care. She's independent (potty trained, speaks well) and super kind, but obviously she's only 3 and needs someone to play with and keep her safe! We try to stay off screens and would like someone involved in crafts, playing outside, dancing, etc! We try to use gentle parenting and expect someone who is communicative with the kids and us and has experience with kids. We also have 2 dogs (and fish) that may need to be fed or let out depending on timing. Otherwise, just need someone who is comfortable with pets (including one that is a bit protective).
