Help Watching Three Children

I am looking for someone to aide my 84-year-old grandmother in watching and bonding with my three children. My children are one, three, and 5 years old. My grandmother wants to spend time with the children out in the community, so we are looking for someone who is willing to romp the community with my grandmother and three kids while I work.
