Responsibilities: Provides direct care to someone with intellectual, developmental disabilities and medically complex. Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks. Encourages self-help activities. Encourages community activities and provides safety awareness with an adventurous participant. Assisting with activities of daily living. Other duties as assigned.
