Nanny For A Family's First Child

We are searching for a caring, engaging and experienced caregiver to support our family with consistent childcare. This is our first child. We have 3 dogs and we would love for our caregiver to be comfortable with animals. We would be looking for a longterm and stable caregiver relationship as we start this new chapter. We value education and engagement through activities, games and embracing the offerings of our community! We would be looking to endorse consistency through weekly pay opposed to hourly pay. We would also love if our caregiver was opened to babysitting for date nights and weekend nights. My husband works from home and I work from home of Tuesdays. We both have office spaces in the home. I was a nanny while in grad school and I understand that this relationship can become like family! That is what we strive for.
