Caregiver/Companion

Seeking a companion/caregiver for my 16year old son on occasions so that my husband and I can go out on date nights, attend appointments and other commitments, or even go away on some overnight trips. My son has down syndrome as well as type 1 diabetes. He is relatively independent, I just don't want to leave him alone for too long. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for kids with special needs, will have knowledge of diabetes management or at least be willing to learn. My son needs regular sugar checks and requires insulin with each meal.
