The ideal day for our baby includes waking up around 6 a.m. followed by a bottle, diaper change and watching Bluey. She loves her bouncer and playing on her play mat. She usually goes for her first nap after being up for 2-3 hours. Rocked to sleep with a bottle and naps in her swing. Once she wakes up after about 2 1/2 hours, the process is repeated. Shes on a routine but we usually follow her and what she needs.
