Morning Help For Wife And Kids

We are currently looking for a few hours of help in the morning with our two children, ages 3 and 5. The main responsibilities would be helping my wife in the morning, getting the kids ready for school and taking our son, who is 3 to daycare on occasion. Our daughter leaves the house with my wife at 8 a.m. for kindergarten and our son does not go to preschool until 9 a.m. I work night shift so am not home until around 8-830am, so interested in hiring someone for a few hours in the morning, often 3 days a week, to help my wife. My schedule rotates, so on some days the hours we are looking for would be from 7-915 (when my son goes to school) and there are days where we would be interested in 7-11 or noon. The schedule would be determined a month in advance, so we would know what times are needed. We also have a small puppy and a cat, for those allergic or not animal people.
