Overnight Care

I have a 20month old and 6month old Full time, no cooking or cleaning. It would be more than likely one month of Monday through Friday 9 hour days, and following that first month would be 3 to 4 overnight (12-13hr) shifts a week. The complicating factor is the job that I'm looking at often mandates their employees for additional hours. For example, if I worked from 6 p.m. to 6 AM, I could potentially be mandated either until noon, or I could be forced to come home for six hours and then go back into work at noon. In order for me to not be in the negative at payday, I would be looking at a rate between 17 and $18 an hour, and about $25 an hour for the additional unplanned hours. Let me know if interested.
