My daughter is a couple months old. There are about 4-5 hours wed need care in our home. My husband works from home, but he needs the area he works in quiet. I am often able to leave work early and will only be working part time hours. Ideally our Nanny would play with baby during wake windows and keep her on schedule for naps until I get home from work.
