Ideally when the caregiver comes in the morning they would take the kids somewhere walkable like the library or park if it's a nice day. They both like reading, playing pretend games, building with magnatiles, etc. There are two older children who are at school during the day but occasional evening help with all 4 might be needed (e. g. once a month).
