We have a wonderful nanny of 7 years leaving as she had a baby of her own. The day would start picking up our 3-year-old at noon (2 blocks from our house). She then has lunch, plays, and a short nap. Then pick up 7-year-old from the same school, home for play and piano practice. Day would end with dinner prep and eating for the kids with dismissal at 6 p.m. Possibility of extra hours on days we both have commitments after work, if agreeable. We look forward to meeting someone looking for this schedule.
