Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Pittsburgh. 3 Days A Week

We are looking for a great nanny for our almost 1-year-old. We need help on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as our baby is in daycare the other days. He is on a waitlist (likely will take until June) to go to full time daycare as he transitions into the toddler room. Once he is in full time daycare, we would consider using a nanny for a day or 2 a week if it is going well. Both parents are in the medical field so our schedules are sometimes variable. Even if we don't need you all 3 days some weeks, there'd be a set minimum pay each week. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have an energetic mini goldendoodle) and who is CPR certified.
