About the job
Hello! I am seeking care for my 6-month-old while I am at work and in graduate school. I'm looking for someone to care for him between about 25-30 hours per week depending on pay rate and availability. I have two cats who will be present in the home. My working hours are flexible, so you and I can work together to set a schedule initially, which will then be consistent week to week. It's important to me that the person caring for the baby is antiracist and LGBTQ+ affirming, and has a working knowledge of infant/child development. The baby is active, curious, and outgoing, and I would love to find someone who is committed to child empowerment, body autonomy, and healthy attachment to create a nurturing and stimulating environment of care for him long-term.
