Part Time Household Management Family Assistant Role - located in Pittsburgh, PA

WHO/WHAT: Think this is just another part-time household management role? Think again, because you'll be empowered like a chief of staff who'll merge with an energetic collaborative team. You'll operate using the utmost discretion in a role that runs the gamut supporting a high-profile family of four. That means you're the best of the best at what you do-and you do it ALL as no task is too big or too small! Although there's some flexibility, you'll work Mondays from 9 am to 1 pm, and Tuesdays to Fridays from noon to 4 pm. During that time, you'll manage the family's busy calendar, coordinating logistics which include work, school, extracurricular, and personal events. Acting as an elite personal executive assistant, you'll liaise with home maintenance contractors, handle minor bookkeeping, pick up the drycleaning, plan vacations, and organize birthday parties. Relationships are critical in this fast-paced, proactive team. You'll partner closely with the family's existing chef and housekeeper to strategize meals, procure products, tend to the laundry, dishes, and general home cleaning. It's preferred that you have your own vehicle for errands, but a car can be provided for family member transportation. Mom and Dad are respected community leaders who sometimes work from home juggling academic positions and entrepreneurship. Both kids are in school full-time and won't need childcare.
