WHO/WHAT: Do you have an old soul, a big heart, and eyes at the back of your head? Are you a respectful, open-minded nanny with decades of newborn care experience? These sweet first-time parents seek an ultra-knowledgeable infant specialist to help them care for their 4-month-old baby boy for the next six months to a year. Mom and Dad both work from home much of the time, but there's plenty of room... especially in the enormous backyard which should have its own zip code! And weather permitting, you and the baby will take full advantage of this glorious outdoor space. You'll work Monday through Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. During that time, you'll hold, comfort, feed, burp, change, and guide this adorable gentleman's naps. This whole family's very active, and this little guy's no exception-which is why he sometimes gets fussy and resists stopping for some shuteye. But you'll tucker him out rolling around in the backyard's grass, playing shadow puppets on the ceiling, taking walks to the nearby park, or whatever other fun activities your creative mind has in store. While the tiny human collects his ZZZes, you'll help with his laundry, wash bottles, vacuum, sweep, and restock the nursery supplies. There are no pets, no allergies, you don't need to know how to swim, and you won't have to drive anywhere. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable professional including those who might be semi-retired. So if you're a bubbly infant expert who's respectful of boundaries and you want to partner with a warm, fun-loving family then APPLY right now!
THE IDEAL NANNY IS... AGILE! You're hyper-vigilant about safety, have a ton of life experience mixed in with common sense, and are extremely knowledgeable about caring for infants. Although you're helpful and confident-especially in your competence as a nanny-you're respectful of the parents' wishes and take directions well. Personable and gentle, you're easy for parents to communicate with, fun for children to play with, and just generally loving, trustworthy, and nurturing. You're also reliable, punctual, organized, adaptable, and prefer to keep controversial topics and personal drama separate from your work environment. So if you're always on your toes (about safety), then we're waiting with open arms (for your resume) so APPLY today!
